Winter months from October to April are the best time to visit UAE. The temperature begins to fall in November and remains steady between December and February. With clear skies, dulcet breezes and occasionally short gushes of rainfall, the time is ripe for making the most of ones vacation. What is more? The highly acclaimed Shopping Festival of Dubai is held during this season. It is a peak season when tourist influx and hotel tariffs are high.
