Weather
It is sunny throughout the year in Dubai. The emirate is best visited during the winter season as the weather conditions are more conducive to outdoor sightseeing. The average daytime temperature is 25 °C from November to March.

Dubai International Airport is one of the most wonderful architectural marvels in the UAE. The Terminal 3 is the largest airport terminal in the world. Man-made wonders
Dubai is home to some of the finest man-made wonders of the world, inviting travellers from all corners of the world. Burj Khalifa – the world’s tallest structure, Dubai Mall Aquarium – the world’s second largest aquarium and Dubai Marina – the world’s second largest man-made marina are all major tourist attractions in the city.

Shopping
Dubai is a shoppers’ paradise with some of the world’s best shopping malls and markets. Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest malls located in the city is visited by 75 million people every year. The city hosts the biggest shopping event of the world, Dubai Shopping Festival every year that promises exciting discounts and deals across all malls and markets.

Roads
Dubai roads are very well maintained. Most of the iconic skyscrapers of the city are built along the famous Sheikh Zayed Road. And like the UK, cars here drive on the right hand side of the road.

Gold
The city is known for its gold trade. Dubai is home to the largest and heaviest ring in the world. Another interesting fact is that Burj Al Arab Hotel, one of the most impressive architectural wonders of Dubai, has around 1,790 square meters of 24-carat gold leaf that can even cover the Mona Lisa painting 46,265 times over.

Palm Islands
Palm Islands, one of the most famous man-made islands in the world is located in Dubai. It is a group of three artificial islands that are visible from space. The rock and sand used to design the Palm Islands is enough to shape a 2m-wide wall around the globe thrice.

Accommodation
Dubai is home to the world’s tallest hotel - The Gevora Hotel. Tourists can stay at any of the city’s underwater hotels for a unique holiday experience. A nominal charge called the 'Tourism Dirham' is payable by hotel guests and ranges from AED 7 to AED 20 per room per night.

Tourism
Dubai ranks among the top 5 most visited cities across the globe. The city sees foreign tourist arrival from all over the world; the UK is considered among the top Tourism Source Markets for Dubai.

Dubai Police drives super cars including Ferrari, Lamborghini and Aston Martin! All bus-stops here are air conditioned. There are ATMs in the city from where you can withdraw gold bars!
