Best Time to Visit Zambia

The dry season from end of May to November makes for the best time to visit Zambia. With pleasant weather, the period is ripe for taking delights in range of activities and safari around East Africa. It is a peak season with high tourist influx and demand for tickets on flights and accommodations. The warm and wet season from December to April is considered as 'Emerald Season' in Zambia with foliage strewn all over. However, it experiences heavy rainfall and safari camps tend to shut down. It is the off-peak tourist season when budget travellers can take advantage of comparatively cheap deals.
